Matt grew up in Keystone Heights and has seen the community grow long enough to understand what makes it and the surrounding towns unique. He also has a vision for the future and recognizes the potential yet to be realized for the area. With the abundance of lakes and scenic acreage, and with the small towns of Keystone, Melrose, and Starke nestled in between, there is just the right mix of a rural community with an up-and-coming small-town feel.

Matt and his wife Charlotte now reside in the nearby rural community of Brooker, where they are raising a family. After receiving his real estate license in 2018 and broker’s license in 2022, Matt has enjoyed the relationships he has established with his customers. He loves meeting new people and earning their trust with honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. Buyers and sellers have peace of mind knowing that he is working on their behalf to make the real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
